Melissa and Francesco have been the perfect hosts – a perfect vessel for the four of us that is maintained in such A1 condition, cuisine that is so wonderful that it is beyond description, both quality and presentation  and a knowledge of the Aeolian Islands that cannot be surpassed.

Its been a wonderful week, all that we hoped for and beyond.

We will miss Ombre Blu, Melissa and Francesco.
